Man shall not live by bread alone.
On my desk lives a jar of Kirkland Mixed Nuts from Costco. They are the perfect sustainer. Full of protein, tasty, and satisfying. They can easily spot me through the day.
But just as important as tending to physical hunger pangs are paying attention to spiritual ones. So do you have a jar of nuts (so to speak) sitting on your desk? Do you have easy to access to spiritual nutrition? Seems like everything these days are a finger tap away. But, be warned, much of it is candy and it will leave you feeling anemic. What you need is some protein. And nothing fits the bill quite like the Word of God. Stay in it, and I think that means making it easily accessible.
