If you (symbolically) sat on a block of ice, is your relationship with Jesus on fire enough that you would melt the ice? Or is it a little more on the lukewarm side, such that the ice would start to freeze your bum? We should consider this question in light of our friendships. Do your relationships inspire mutual spiritual growth? Think about your conversations - do they center on complaining about people or things or circumstances, or do you find yourselves encouraging each other and spurring one another on to good works? In order to continue to become the man/woman that God has called us to be, it's important to have close relationships with people who inspire us to be more like Jesus. Who is that person in your life? Send them an encouraging note today!
