We are a church replant, looking for a motivated self-starter who loves a challenge! We need to build ministries for kids K-5 and youth 6-12th. The Director of Next Generations would build and then oversee a volunteer leadership team for kids' ministry, and do the same for youth ministry, while also being the youth leader. Part of this job would be connecting with families in the community and helping build the church. As with everyone, we are currently flexible week-to-week due to COVID. We were meeting in a movie theater until COVID when we went online only. Now we are renting another church's building Sunday evenings until a new building opportunity opens.
