Just over half of the people on the African continent are Muslim or other indigenous religion. Voodoo and witchcraft are still widely practiced in many African nations. The light of the gospel needs to continue to penetrate this land! The best way to do that is by locally born and raised spiritual leaders. Unfortunately, solid Biblical training can be difficult to access for many Africans. The Slater family is called to be ministerial trainers, believing that Spirit-filled, biblically-trained leaders are the hope of Africa.
