Verses 29-30
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand as he came down from the mountain, Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God. Aaron and all the people of Israel saw Moses, and behold, the skin of his face shone, and they were afraid to come near him.
What an interesting passage here. Moses had just spent 40 days fasting and talking with God and his face was shining when he was done. Moses didn’t know it but everyone around him could see it. The same goes for us when we spend time in the presence of God: people notice.
When you seek God continually your face glows. Our outside ministry, our impact on people’s lives begins here. No one wants to listen to you if you don’t have the glow! If your personal ministry doesn’t match your outside ministry that’s a problem!
We need to be intentional in making time to get in God’s presence. Let’s get into His Word and let's converse with our Heavenly Father and intercede on behalf of those who need to know Jesus.
