2 Timothy 3

Daily Devotional from 2 Timothy 3--

Verse 14
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it.

As Christians, we should never stop learning and growing in our faith. I love how Paul encourages Timothy to not only continue to learn, but to revisit the past and remember the truths he was taught from other believers.

Like this passage says, it’s easy to get caught up in all sorts of nonsense when we stop pursuing growth in our relationship with Jesus, and when we forget to stop and remember those important moments where we learned truths about God. We must stand firm in our faith, just like Timothy. The best way we can do any of this is by relying on the Holy Spirit who will guide us in all truth (John 16:13).

So never stop remembering, learning, and choosing growth as you go along in your walk with Jesus.
